Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify repetitive, manual tasks across departments and develop automation solutions to streamline them.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to map current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Provide training and support to end users on new automated tools and processes.
- Document automation processes, technical workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure automation initiatives comply with data privacy, security, and internal control standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on automation impact and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, or related technical roles.
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, Python scripting).
- Experience with APIs, databases, and system integrations is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and project management abilities.
