The Operations Coordinator supports smooth outlet operations by supervising staff, ensuring service standards, managing daily activities, handling admin requests, overseeing maintenance, coordinating deliveries, assisting with training, performance management, meetings, and ad-hoc tasks.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise outlet staff to ensure consistent service.
- Oversee daily front- and back-end store operations.
- Maintain brand standards and handle admin requests.
- Coordinate stock delivery, maintenance, and store visits.
- Support recruitment, scheduling, meetings, and performance management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth bakery–outlet communication.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality-related fields
- Experience in a similar operations or hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, pay attention to detail, and take initiative.
- Basic finance knowledge is an added advantage.
- Management and Financial Management skills
- Restaurant/Service industry formal training
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 monthly gross
