Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and a wide range of specialty beverages
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Maintain consistent drink quality and presentation
- Ensure bar area cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Engage customers and provide friendly, efficient service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming
- Ability to prepare specialty beverages
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Professional appearance at all times
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
