Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make sales calls and respond to inquiries from potential customers.
- Find and reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and social media.
- Explain our cleaning services to potential clients and how they can benefit from them.
- Understand what each client needs and offer the right cleaning package for them.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they are happy with our services and address any issues.
- Close deals and meet sales targets each month or quarter.
- Keep track of client information and sales progress in our CRM system.
- Work with the operations team to make sure our services are delivered smoothly and clients are satisfied.
- Stay informed about industry trends and what competitors are offering to better position our services.
