Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and secure new clients while nurturing strong relationships with existing advertisers.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to grow advertising revenue across the station.
• Demonstrate strong skills in media planning, buying and control, with the proven ability to attract and retain clients.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals and marketing materials tailored to client objectives.
• Collaborate with programming and creative teams to deliver high-impact marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights and revenue updates to management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition activity and new business opportunities.
• Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years proven sales and marketing experience in radio and broadcast media advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, strategic, and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
