We specialise in: Aviation & Travel Training, Ticketing & Reservation, Cabin Crew Courses, IATA-aligned programs, Youth empowerment, International Internship Pathways, and Franchise & Licensing Programs (Classroom-in-a-Box) As part of our 2026 expansion drive, we are recruiting a National Franchise Development Manager to lead our growth into multiple states across Nigeria. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales & Recruitment:
- Drive nationwide sales of Alpha Step’s Aviation School Franchise and Classroom-in-a-Box programs
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective franchise buyers in all states
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings
- Build a strong franchise pipeline and close high-value deals
Market Expansion & Strategy:
- Map out states and cities with high aviation training demand
- Develop expansion strategies across Nigeria
- Partner with private secondary schools, ICT centres, youth empowerment centres, and institutions
Onboarding & Support:
- Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process
- Ensure they meet brand standards before launch
- Coordinate training schedules and support systems
Relationship & Account Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with franchisees
- Serve as the primary link between franchise partners and HQ
- Ensure collection of franchise fees, renewals, and student royalties
Branding & Representation:
- Travel to states for events, exhibitions, and school partnerships
- Represent Alpha Step at trade fairs, education expos, and aviation forums
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
- Marketing, or Aviation/Travel Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently
- Proven ability to close high-value deals
- Confidence, professionalism, and strategic thinking
- Experience in the aviation, travel, or education industry is an added advantage
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development, Franchise Sales, Education
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: NGN 300,000 – 500,000 Monthly (depending on experience)
- Performance Incentives: NGN 100,000 – 300,000 commission per franchise sold
- NGN 50,000 commission per Classroom-in-a-Box sold
- 1% – 3% commission on royalties from franchise centres
- Quarterly performance bonuses. Annual travel opportunities for top performers (Nigeria, UK, Dubai, Canada)
