Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager
Job summary
We are seeking proactive, strategic and result-driven Sales & Marketing professionals to drive revenue growth across Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising. The ideal candidate should be skilled in selling billboard spaces, transit advertising and digital OOH, and should have the capacity to develop and execute effective media planning, buying and control for clients.

Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote OOH advertising spaces (billboards, transit, digital screens).
- Conduct effective media planning, buying, and control for clients.
- Identify, pitch, and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition insights, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals, pitch presentations, marketing materials, and campaign reports.
- Manage advertising campaigns and monitor performance, ROI, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, meet revenue targets, and consistently surpass sales goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in OOH and digital media.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in Sales/Marketing within OOH media and advertising.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Knowledge of digital and outdoor media sales and marketing.
- Experience in developing media plans for OOH.
- Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
