The role involves reaching out to prospective users through both digital and direct communication channels, including calls, WhatsApp, and field activations

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Generate leads through various channels (online inquiries, referrals, social platforms, and cold outreach).
- Present and explain HauteApp’s features, pricing plans, and benefits clearly to potential customers.
- Manage follow-ups, overcome objections, and close subscriptions effectively.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects to build trust and encourage conversion.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align campaigns and promotional offers.
Customer Relationship & Support
- Onboard new users by guiding them through app setup and usage.
- Add confirmed users to the HauteApp General Community Group for continuous support.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to handle inquiries or escalations from onboarded users.
- Collect feedback from users and communicate insights to the Product and Marketing teams.
Reporting & Coordination
- Record daily outreach and conversion activities using company-approved tools or templates.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by the Head of Marketing & Sales.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
Telesales Component (where applicable)
- Execute outbound call campaigns to reach registered leads or potential store owners.
- Track call outcomes (interested, follow-up required, converted, etc.) in the CRM or provided sales log.
- Support digital campaigns by converting online sign-ups into active subscribers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
- Good Communication Skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads contacted daily/weekly(signups).
- Conversion rate from lead to paid subscription.
- Retention rate of onboarded customers after the first subscription.
- Timeliness and accuracy of sales reporting.
- Positive feedback from customers and team leads.
