Job Summary
The Corporate Sales & B2B Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving bulk ticket sales, acquiring corporate travel accounts, growing our B2B agent network, building strong partnerships with companies, travel agencies, institutions, and high-volume buyers, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets This role requires an ambitious, well-spoken, strategic professional with strong travel industry experience and corporate relationship skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to sell flights and travel solutions to corporate organizations, offices, and B2B partner
- Source, pitch, and close travel contracts with companies, NGOs, government agencies, schools, and SMEs
- Recruit and manage travel sub-agents to increase B2B ticket sales
- Conduct presentations and proposals to HR departments, Admin Units, Procurement Teams, etc.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
- Work with the ticketing & operations team to fulfill bookings
- Meet and exceed monthly ticketing and sales revenue targets
- Report weekly on sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline growth
- Represent Alpha Step Links at industry events and corporate meetings
- Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns that drive corporate demand
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in travel sales, airline sales, corporate travel, GDS ticketing or business development
- Strong connections or understanding of corporate travel markets
- Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or related GDS (an advantage)
- Proven record of hitting or surpassing sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
- Strong relationship-building skills with top-level decision-makers
- Confident, smart, professional appearance

Location: Lagos Mainland
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 500,000 Monthly
