Job Summary
Pavilion MG Farms is seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales & Inventory Officer to manage the sale of farm products, maintain accurate stock records, and drive marketing efforts to increase product visibility and revenue. The ideal candidate must be able to drive and will play a key role in coordinating sales deliveries, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth farm operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Sell farm products to walk-in customers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle inquiries, provide product information, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct daily stock-taking and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Report low-stock items and proactively inform management for replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and arrangement of farm produce to reduce spoilage.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Promote farm products through on-ground marketing, social media, and community engagement.
- Identify new sales opportunities within Benin and surrounding areas.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve product visibility and increase sales.
- Support brand promotion and farm awareness activities.
Logistics & Driving:
- Drive the company vehicle for deliveries, pickups, and farm-related errands.
- Ensure safe driving practices and proper maintenance of the vehicle.
- Keep accurate mileage and fuel usage records.
- Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND is an added advantage
- Prior experience in sales, inventory management, or related role, minimum of 2 years (experience in agricultural sales is a plus).
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (very important).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good record-keeping and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy (Excel/stock sheets are a plus).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and organized.
Location: Benin City, Edo State
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 Monthly, based on experience and performance.
