Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard qualified vendors onto the platform.
- Conduct field visits and follow up with potential vendors to ensure successful registration.
- Explain product features, processes, and requirements to vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and documentation.
- Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets as set by management.
- Collaborate with the operations and support teams to resolve onboarding challenges promptly.
- Prepare reports, updates, and performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure vendors meet platform guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in vendor acquisition, sales, or field operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be target-driven and confident in approaching and engaging vendors.
- Good organisational and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work on field assignments regularly.
