Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales via digital platforms (social media, email, website, corporate, and traditional marketing).
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activity.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in digital sales, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
