Growth & Sales Associate
Job summary
We are hiring a highly productive Growth & Sales Associate (Independent Contractor – Remote Role) who is strong in sales, closing, social media management, and design. You will drive client acquisition through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and high-quality content creation.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Outreach:
- Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to care homes and prospects
- Handle follow-up calls and convert warm leads
- Send email outreach and follow-up sequences
- Qualify leads and support closing deals
- Update CRM daily
LinkedIn Growth Activities:
- Manage the CEO’s personal LinkedIn & company LinkedIn page
- Send 150–200 connection requests weekly
- Send outreach messages & follow-ups
- Post consistently and engage with decision-makers
- Use 250 monthly “invite to follow” credits on company page
Social Media Management:
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube
- Post content daily (scheduled)
- Engage with comments & messages
- Grow brand visibility and generate inbound leads
Content Creation (Canva):
- Create 2–3 high-quality designs per day
- Prepare weekly content folders
- Design reels, graphics, brand visuals, and short videos
Requirements:
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Excellent English communication
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Skilled in Design
- Experience managing multiple social platforms
- Highly consistent, organised, and target-driven
- Able to follow strict daily KPIs
- Sales / SDR experience
- Social media or digital marketing
- Healthcare recruitment (bonus, not required)
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000 Monthly (depending on skill, performance, and speed of delivery)
