Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Handling correspondence
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Involves data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with various projects.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in general administrative tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle correspondence efficiently and professionally
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Canva and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organisational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a customer service environment is a plus
