Requirements:
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle correspondence efficiently and professionally
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Canva and Google Workspace
- Excellent organisational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a customer service environment is a plus
