Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their travel needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed about travel destinations, accommodations, and services to provide expert advice.
  • Create customized travel itineraries and packages based on client preferences.
  • Make flight, hotel, car rental, and activity reservations on behalf of clients.
  • Provide accurate pricing and quotes for travel packages.
  • Handle travel documentation, including passports, visas, and insurance.
  • Process payments and ensure proper financial transactions.
  • Keep clients informed about travel updates, such as flight changes or travel advisories.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and generate regular sales reports.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a travel agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and services.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with travel booking software and tools.
  • Precision in booking and handling travel documentation.
  • A customer-centric approach to meeting client needs.
  • Ability to work with colleagues and travel suppliers effectively.
  • Familiarity with global travel destinations and geography.
