Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos. The Telesales Executive (Graduate Trainee) will sell CoolBucks' loan products, primarily public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services, Tertiary Institutions, etc.), via phone and digital channels. Responsibilities include prospecting, client engagement, and executing outbound sales strategies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain active communication to convert them into sales.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree
- 0-1 year post-NYSC experience
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Sales experience, especially in the public sector (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
