Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Organizational
- Source new sales opportunities in existing companies through outbound lead follow-up and emails
- Influence customers to list their jobs on our platform, and buy & retain the company’s services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Close sales and achieve monthly & quarterly targets
- Perform effective online demos for prospects
Functional:
- Understand customer needs and requirements - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Capture complete information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
- Team with In-House partners (Sales Fulfillment team, sales, Customer Service, Banner Ads, Career Services) to build a pipeline and close deals
Requirement:
- Minimum academic qualification of BSC in Business administration or any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
