Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and identify potential customers through research and market analysis.
- Create and maintain a list of leads for telesales outreach.
- Make outbound calls to leads to introduce Koolbok products and services.
- Engage in product discussions, answer inquiries, and inform prospective customers.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points and benefits of Koolbok products.
- Support the sales team by following up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on telesales performance and lead conversion.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through active communication and rapport-building.
- Address customer concerns, queries, and feedback effectively.
- Work
towards meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (for recent graduates).
- Currently undergoing or recently completed NYSC (for NYSC members).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
