Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic telemarketer, to help us expand our clientele. Our ideal candidate must have prior experience as a telemarketer or in a similar role. Our ideal candidate must posses excellent communication skill and excellent knowledge of the services we render to the public.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to pitch our services.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Secure strategic partnership with pharmacies, labs and hospitals
- provide prospects and existing clients with information, offers etc. and present their benefits.
- Persuade the clients to make purchases, by demonstrating that our services meet their needs.
- Report daily activities to the office for proper recording .
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
- Minimum experience of 1 year as a telemarketer, sales, customer service or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, google suite ) and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and result driven.
- Patient and able to handle questions raised by prospects and existing clients.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000
