Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth by selling our web and app development services to clients in Nigeria and beyond. This role blends technical knowledge with sales expertise, requiring you to understand our offerings, articulate their value, and build lasting relationships with clients. You’ll act as the bridge between our technical team and prospective customers, translating complex development concepts into compelling, client-focused solutions. Based in Abuja, you’ll target businesses of all sizes, from local startups to established enterprises, and work closely with our development and design teams to ensure client needs are met. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients, attending networking events, and leveraging referrals within Abuja and Nigeria’s business community.
  • Sales Pitches: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase our web and app development services, tailoring pitches to each client’s industry and needs.
  • Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements (e.g., e-commerce websites, mobile apps, custom software) and explain how our technical solutions (e.g., React, AdonisJS, blockchain) meet their goals in simple, relatable terms.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create detailed, client-specific proposals, including scope, timelines, and pricing.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact during the sales process and ensuring satisfaction post-sale.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our agency as a leader in the market.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by closing deals and upselling additional services (e.g., maintenance, SEO optimization).
  • Documentation: Track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience.
  • Degree in a related field.
  • Must be based in Abuja.
