Our client, a dominant player in the telecommunications industry and a Broad Band Service provider with a corporate head office in Lagos Nigeria is seeking to fill the position of Technical Sales Officer.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify new markets, provide market insights and customer needs, generate leads, market, prospect probable clients
- Discuss services/products' technological capabilities and business value with the client.
- Clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
- Successfully pursue and identify the execution of business development opportunities/strategies, to support business area financial success and growth.
- Discuss the product's technological capabilities and business value with the client.
- Develop strategic and tactical growth business plans both on financial gain and customer satisfaction to drive positive results
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in a competitive business environment
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in engineering/ social sciences/management/ marketing disciplines
- Knowledge of and experience in the telecommunications sector
- At least 3 years of proven track record as technical sales personnel or a relevant role
- Solid business acumen
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
