Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced sales person to lead and build one of our real estate subsidiaries as a Subsidiary Managing Partner. the partner will build the team, increase sales, and achieve Zylus Group's goal and objectives. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales and the real estate sector, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Subsidiary Development:
- Drive the development and improvement of our subsidiary to meet client needs and stay competitive in the market.
Client Feedback:
- Collect and analyze client feedback to refine the product and optimize user experience.
Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Selling real estate properties of the company.
- Lead efforts to identify and solicit potential clients for purchasing properties developed by the company.
- Identify prospective customers using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and closing out on deals.
- Generating clients leads to buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
- Conduct property inspections and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Monitor and analyze real estate market conditions, trends, and prices, providing strategic
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Organize and participate in property marketing events, open houses, and property launches, and represent the
- company at external conferences and events.
- Collaborate with the Group Head of Sales to create and implement innovative marketing strategies that
- effectively reach target audiences.
Team Management/Recruitment:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage a team of business associates (Sales Associates), providing guidance, support, and
- training to ensure their success.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training to motivate and educate the sales team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- 2 years of proven track record in sales, experience in the Insurance or Real estate sector will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales principles and practices.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to identify and convert business opportunities into sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Effective leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to develop and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
