Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing store inventory: Ordering merchandise, controlling stock levels, and ensuring product availability.
• Implementing sales strategies and promotions: Developing and implementing promotional plans to drive sales and attract customers.
• Monitoring sales performance and identifying trends: Analyzing sales data to identify areas of opportunity and make informed decisions.
• Managing store appearance and cleanliness: Ensuring the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
• Overseeing customer service: Ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: Managing the store budget and controlling expenses: Ensuring the store operates within its budget and minimizes waste.
• Processing payments and managing cash flow: Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Preparing financial reports: Providing reports to management on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
• Implementing security and loss prevention measures: Protecting store assets and minimizing losses due to theft or damage.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and legal requirements: Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Managing and overseeing shop operations, developing a routine for opening and closing, and ensuring efficient functioning of the shop.

Requirements:

• OND certification in any field of study
• Minimum of 1 year experience
