Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 3+ sales reps
- Drive strategic sales efforts and achieve aggressive revenue targets
- Build and manage B2B client relationships (Installers, EPCs, Distributors, etc.)
- Provide mentorship and sales guidance to team members
- Represent GT Powertank at industry events, client meetings, and demos
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in battery, inverter, solar, UPS, or generator sales
- Minimum 1 year leading a sales team
- Must have strong B2B sales experience with an existing client base
- Age: 25–35 years
- Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation skills
- Ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented
