Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos. This role is ideal for someone passionate about renewable energy and skilled in sales and client engagement. You’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base, building client relationships, and driving adoption of our solar energy solutions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate the value of solar energy solutions.
  • Convert leads into successful sales and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assess client needs and offer customized solar solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and expert advice throughout the customer journey.


Technical Support:

  • Leverage your understanding of solar systems, including design, installation, and maintenance, to explain technical aspects to clients in a clear, non-technical way.
  • Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth execution and handover of projects.


Market Research & Insights:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback to help refine marketing and sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Degree in a related field
