Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
- Identify and approach prospective clients across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate the value of solar energy solutions.
- Convert leads into successful sales and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assess client needs and offer customized solar solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and expert advice throughout the customer journey.
Technical Support:
- Leverage your understanding of solar systems, including design, installation, and maintenance, to explain technical aspects to clients in a clear, non-technical way.
- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth execution and handover of projects.
Market Research & Insights:
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Gather client feedback to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Degree in a related field
