Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads for solar energy products and services.
- Identify and engage potential customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of solar solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on solar energy products and systems.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize knowledge of solar systems (design, installation, and maintenance) to explain technical details to clients in an understandable manner.
- Support customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to post-installation support.
- Work closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors in the solar energy industry.
- Gather feedback from clients and analyze competitors’ offerings to enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
