Role Description

This is a full-time Social Media Content Creator role based on-site in Lekki, Lagos. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, curating, and implementing engaging content across social media platforms. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, creating and editing social media posts, monitoring social media trends, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance metrics. The position involves collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and drive audience growth through innovative and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Content creation and editing skills, including writing, copywriting, and knowledge of visual storytelling techniques.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling content across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid social campaigns.
• Graphic design and video editing skills are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work within a team and engage effectively with audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in or passion for beauty, fashion, or cultural branding is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
