Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners (pharmacy chains, distributors, fintechs, associations)
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive merchant acquisition
- Negotiate and close revenue-generating partnership deals
- Build and manage referral and reseller programs
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Track and report performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue)
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and field activations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or growth roles
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, retail, or pharmacy industry is a plus
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead funnels)
- Ability to generate and convert qualified leads
- Data-driven mindset (understands KPIs, conversion rates, ROI)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
