Job summary
The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the bank’s retail sales by identifying prospective customers, promoting banking products, and closing sales opportunities. The role involves engaging directly with individuals and businesses to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products such as savings accounts, loans, and other financial services. The ideal candidate is target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the bank’s growth objectives

Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote the bank’s products and services.
- Market and sell various banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank’s retail portfolio.
- Participate in field marketing activities, product campaigns, and promotional events to generate leads.
- Ensure all sales and onboarding processes comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and submit regular performance reports to supervisors.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Grooming: Must be well-groomed and dress corporately at all times.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Personality: Smart, confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
