Job summary
As a brand promoter, you are the face of the university in the Sango Ota community. Your mission is to identify, engage, and convert prospective students into enrolled candidates. This is a high-energy role that combines field marketing, social media influence, and network marketing to hit aggressive recruitment targets.

Responsibilities:
- Field Mobilisation: Execute daily outreach in high-traffic areas across Sango Ota, including secondary schools, tutorial centers, markets, and religious gatherings.
- Lead Generation: Actively build a database of prospective students and their parents/guardians.
- Digital Promotion: Use WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram to create buzz and drive inquiries within local community groups.
- Affiliate Networking: Build a sub-network of "referral partners" (teachers, community leaders, etc.) to expand your recruitment reach.
- Presentation & Pitching: Conduct "career talks" and information sessions to explain the benefits of the University and the enrollment process.
- Conversion: Follow up relentlessly with leads to ensure they complete their registration and payment
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in marketing, communications, or any related field.
- Must be a current resident of Sango Ota, Oju-Ore, Toll-Gate, Iyana-Ilogbo, or immediate environs. (Deep knowledge of the local geography is essential.
- Proven track record in Brand Promotion, Affiliate Marketing, or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM). We want people who know how to sell a vision.
- Fluent in English and Yoruba/Pidgin. You must be able to "speak the language" of the locals to build trust quickly.
- Proficient in using WhatsApp for Business and basic social media tools to track leads.
- Resilient, persuasive, and target-driven. You don't take "no" for an answer.
