Video & Social Media Live Stream Anchor

Responsibilities: 

• Present, demonstrate, and explain our products (food packaging machines, commercial ovens, water treatment systems) in live streams and pre-recorded videos.  
• Work closely with the marketing team to prepare and deliver content based on provided scripts, while also contributing creative ideas for scripts and storyboards.  
• Anchor regular live sessions on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to promote products, answer questions, and interact with viewers.  
• Assist in planning content calendars, brainstorming video topics, and staying updated on industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.  
• Engage with online audiences during and after broadcasts, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.  
• Help coordinate video shoots, including setup, lighting, sound, and basic editing support when needed.  
• Collaborate with the sales team to align video content with promotional campaigns and customer needs.  
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional on-camera presence that reflects our company’s values and quality standards.  
• Monitor and report on video/live stream performance metrics and audience feedback.  

 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video Anchor, live stream presenter, TV presenter, or similar role—preferably in manufacturing, technology, or B2B environments.  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in local languages is a strong advantage.  
• Confident, lively, and engaging on-camera presence with a professional and approachable demeanor.  
• Good understanding of social media platforms, live streaming tools, and basic video editing.  
• Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple, relatable terms.  
• Creative mindset with willingness to collaborate on content ideas.  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions and manage time effectively.  
• Outgoing, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills.  
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.  
• Respectful and courteous toward team members and the audience at all times.  
• Adaptable and able to work under mild pressure in a live broadcasting environment.
