Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate properties
- Generate leads through online and offline channels
- Manage social media platforms and online listings
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, property descriptions)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct property inspections with clients when needed
- Meet sales targets and report performance regularly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or real estate (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Must be based in Abuja and ready to start work immediately
