Job summary
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Executive to lead the most critical stage of our sales process by turning high-level prospects into fully onboarded clients. This is a senior-level, contract-based role designed for a professional who excels at delivering powerful product demonstrations and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities:
Advanced Presentation & Demo Leadership (Core Focus):
- Command both physical and virtual rooms by confidently delivering engaging, high-impact presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Lead product demos across platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet with seamless screen-sharing, strong audio/video presence, and audience engagement techniques.
- Read audience cues (body language, tone, engagement levels) and dynamically adjust delivery to maintain attention and relevance.
- Use storytelling to transform standard presentations into interactive, solution-driven conversations tailored to each client’s needs.
Technical & Platform Expertise:
- Rapidly learn and master complex software platforms (e.g., logistics, tracking, or SaaS tools) to confidently demonstrate value within a short timeframe.
- Conduct live troubleshooting during demos, handling technical issues or unexpected questions calmly without disrupting the flow.
- Translate product capabilities into real-world use cases that align with client operations and challenges.
Client Communication & Deal Execution:
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders by adapting messaging (ROI, efficiency, scalability vs APIs, latency, security).
- Practice active listening to identify explicit and underlying client concerns, addressing them in real-time during discussions and demos.
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process, confidently handling objections, pricing conversations, and contract discussions to drive closure.
- Support early-stage onboarding conversations by helping clients understand initial setup and adoption steps.
Ownership & Delivery:
- Take full ownership of the sales/demo cycle, operating independently in a contract capacity with minimal supervision.
- Deliver consistent, measurable results from day one by managing pipeline, presentations, and client interactions effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: At least 2 years in a Closing role (Account Executive, Solutions Consultant, or Senior BDE) within the tech or logistics industry.
- Onboarding Experience: Experience not just in selling, but in walking a client through the first steps of using a new tool.
- Contract-Ready: As this is a contract position, we need a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding and can deliver results from day one.
