We are seeking a highly driven travel marketing & growth manager to lead the company's marketing, brand growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified travel inquiries, and support revenue growth. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company's digital presence, content strategy, advertising campaigns, market research, and customer acquisition initiatives while positioning the brand as a leading luxury travel company.

- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels using social media, email marketing, and WhatsApp.
- Generate qualified travel inquiries and nurture prospects through the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Conduct audience testing and campaign performance analysis.
- Improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Identify and engage relevant influencers, creators, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate collaborations and promotional campaigns.
- Develop partnership opportunities that support business growth.
