Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and post engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Produce short-form videos (reels, TikTok-style content) using basic editing tools
- Write clear and engaging captions aligned with provided direction
- Maintain a weekly content calendar provided or co-developed with supervisor
- Repurpose existing materials into social media content
- Ensure consistent posting and brand visual style across platforms
- Track basic post performance (likes, comments, reach)
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in content creation or social media management
- Strong ability to create short-form video content
- Proficiency in tools like Canva and CapCut (or similar editing tools)
- Good writing and storytelling skills for captions and posts
- Ability to follow content direction and execute consistently
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Portfolio of previous content work required
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly Net
