Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Set performance goals, monitor team progress, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Organise regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies for the electrical/electronic product lines.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in pricing strategies and promotional planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and regulatory standards.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a degree
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in electronics sales
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Leadership experience will be a plus


Location: Amuwo-Odofin

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 400,000 Net
