The ideal candidate will combine exceptional relationship-building skills with deep industry knowledge to drive sales of Co-ownership units in affordable housing projects and expand our market presence.

  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 7 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client demands, and potential buyers.
  • Ability to close sales;Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and convert them to paying customers.
  • Prepare marketing materials and organize promotional events to attract buyers.
  • Stay updated on local real estate regulations and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the purchase process.
  • Generate regular sales and market performance reports to refine strategies.


Requirements:

  • Degree-level education.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigeria's real estate market, particularly off-plan properties.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to establish a solid social media presence for lead generation and brand promotion.
