Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the company’s communication and marketing solutions.
- Identify and onboard new enterprise clients in target sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, fintech, telecom, e-commerce).
- Drive end-to-end sales processes—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client pain points.
- Manage and nurture key customer relationships to ensure long-term value and upselling opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and sales tactics.
- Work to close deals in a timely manner while meeting sales targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or digital communication platforms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT and marketing ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in banks, fintechs, or telcos are a strong advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 600,000
