Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop client database, and qualify prospects.
- Contact potential clients through visits and calls.
- Secure new customers, exceed targets, and maintain accounts.
- Identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate with teams for seamless execution.
- Promote services, and generate new business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2-4 years cognate working experience in the Clearing and Forwarding/shipping industry
- Proven track record of a strong sales record.
- Confident, have good communication skills (oral & written)
- Proven commercial and operational expertise.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and skilled in negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of the shipping and logistics market.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork, and time management skills.
