Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain a physical and electronic filing system
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the manager
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant course of study
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Must reside around the Wuse or Garki axis of the FCT
