Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally
- Support the management of timetables, school events, and meetings
- Handle admission inquiries and enrollment processes
- Ensure the smooth running of the front office
- Assist teachers and school heads with administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Requirements:
- Must reside in Festac Town, or its immediate Environs.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferably in a school setting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanour
