Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential customers, provide professional advice and solutions, address customer inquiries, and drive purchase intent.
- Engage with customers through face-to-face, phone, or email communication channels, showcasing the features and advantages of our products or services, and handling price negotiations and customer objections.
- Maintain records of customer information, sales progress, and transaction details, and prepare sales reports to analyze market trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth order execution and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in sales of motorcycle spare parts
- Familiar with motorcycle spare parts
- Excellent negotiation skill
