Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Detail and promote company pharmaceutical products to retail pharmacies and healthcare professionals. Expected to market Doctors, Nurses and pharmacists on the Island (Lekki, Ikoyi & environs).
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Project sales volumes based on product database. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment & objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Sell company products, to all company’s customer types, ensuring timely collection and remittance of money.
- Ensure excellent distribution and shelf-presence of the company products in all pharmacies on the Island through distributors, retailers, institutions, professional practices, etc. and monitoring distribution to trade, institutional customers and key accounts.
- Advise on new product lines and pharmaceutical products to the management by giving market feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND / BSc.
- 1 - 2 years’ wholesale pharmacy experience within the Pharmaceutical environment
- Strong Persuasion & selling skills
- Proven sales and customer success record
- Good learning skill.
