Job Summary
A sales/telemarketing and client relations personnel is needed to work with our clients. Must be able to sell products and services to customers, using the right manner of sales approach.

Job Description/Requirements
- Handle Sales and Telemarketing for at least three (3) of our clients
- Sell products and services to customers of our clients
- Receive sales calls and respond to sales messages (SMS, chat, e-mail) inquiries, etc.
- Discuss prices and communicate the value of the service/product to our clients' leads.
- Negotiate prices where necessary & follow up with leads to close sales
- Follow up with leads for payments
- Send out invoices and receipts using apps/software
- Confirm payments with our client and revert to leads.
- Carry our work using one or more communication channels such as email, Whatsapp, Telegram, Instagram, etc.
- Carry out post-sales activities, which include but are not limited to: sending 'thank you' messages for patronage, liaising with all parties or persons involved to ensure our client's product/service has been well delivered, etc.
- Carry out other tasks that are generally related and globally accepted to be within the scope of the role.
Requirements:
- Good communication, selling skills,
- Ability to stay organized
- The ability to pay attention to little details is a must.
Note: This is not a remote job role. Though virtual assistants, we work from a physical office space in Benin City.
