Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team, while also contributing to the development of sales strategies and processes.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and policies.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports on performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives.
  • Identify training needs and organize development programs to boost team capability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards in all sales practices.
  • Support new business development initiatives and expansion into new markets.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, with a track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • HND/BSC in relevant field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, processes, and policies.
  • Experience in managing sales performance, providing coaching, and feedback.
  • Strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Closer proximity to job location.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and a high level of integrity. Management skills edge of Microsoft Office suite
