Job Summary
As a Sales Support officer at Forthcom Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our company's growth and success. You will work closely with our team to assist with administrative tasks, engage with existing client as well as build new client relationships. This will be done by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various sales strategies.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to both existing and new customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIS.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Perform various administrative tasks as might be required to support the sales effort.
- Develop high-quality and engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels
- Research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content.
- Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO).
- Marketing of relevant products offline, implement offline marketing strategies, including events, print materials, and promotions as directed.
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Requirments:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Sales Calls (Cold calling)
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Excellent Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM Software proficiency
- PowerPoint Proficiency
- Graphic Design (an added advantage)
- Proven experience in content creation and online marketing
