Smokebox NG the leading distributor in tobacco and shisha products and accessories in Nigeria seeks an experienced sales supervisor to join our RETAIL STORE team . The success in this position is to be able to sell above target.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' inquiries about products.
- Process customer's orders, maintain accurate daily records, and provide necessary follow-ups.
- Demonstrating and presenting products to customers.
- Identify and secure business opportunities for the company.
- Ensure proper and up-to-date record-keeping of the customer database.
- Follow up with online lead generation.
- Establish customer needs and sell allocated products accordingly.
- Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after-sales services to maintain and retain customers.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Adhere to the company's compliance policies and standard business relationship ethics.
- Leadership ability and competence.
- Integrity
Requirements:
- BSc in any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketer work experience in retail or a similar industry.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent skills in sales and digital marketing.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to listen attentively
