Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
- Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables
- Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market researches to implement data driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals
- Manage performance to deliver agreed KPI's as per functional plan and overall, 5 Continent Enterprise strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales).
- At least 4 - 5 years of professional work experience with 4 years of experience in chemical marketing, trading and/or sales management, customer relationship management and managing/directing commercial operations
- Experience in origination of new clients and/or markets.
- Experience in commercial agreement negotiations and implementation
- Knowledge of product value chain and areas in commercial agreements where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected
- Strong ability to conclude deals with clients and finalize sales agreements.
- Excellent negotiation skills
