Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Building the sales team for the local country, implementation of headquarters employment standards, and continuous optimization of team structure.
- Responsible for the business training and guidance of new employees, helping employees quickly grasp the industry, product, trade knowledge, and business process of the company, and promoting sales work.
- Guide staff to carry out market and MT analysis, review analysis reports and cooperate with headquarters to screen and search for target customers.
- Support staff in customer development, visits, negotiation, and order negotiation, the complete business closed loop and achieving sales target.
- Drive employees to complete OKR tasks and KPI indicators.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. An MBA will be advantageous.
- At least 5 years of sales management experience
- The candidates must not be above 40 years
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 212,120 - 333,332 plus Performance salary and Commission
