Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the daily activities of field sales executives.
- Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure targets are met.
- Report team performance and sales insights to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in sales.
- A strong leader with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to succeed.
